We specialise in large value opportunities, typically for bids in excess of £1bn into the UK MOD where there is a need for extended supply chains and partners. However we have also secured smaller opportunities for our clients which are strategically important.

Almost every opportunity we have been successful in securing for our clients has been achieved through Oasisairbridge taking a different or varied approach from that suggested by our client at the outset of the bid. We are able to do this due to our commercial bidding experience and our deep understanding of how to cost, price and commercially structure a deal which satisfies and exceeds the end customer needs.

Our team is made up of full time employees and associate members. We are a community that engage regularly and offer ‘back office’ support to our teams when they are on deployment with our clients.

Delivering for our highly respected clients across aviation, land, marine and joint environments

Provided Capture Director to lead the Serco bid for three Fleet Solid Support ships into the Royal Fleet Auxiliary bringing together two overseas shipyards with a UK assembly yard and US ship design house. Created Social Value, developing UK shipbuilding expertise for a ship based upon the HNLMS Karel Doorman. A commercial and technical dialogue bid, over 12 months in duration with multiple deliveries and negotiations during the course of the bid period.

Provided a Capture Director and Supply Chain Management capability into the KBR Team (KBR supported by BAE Systems and separately Deloitte) for P3M capability in support of the UK MOD.

Provided a Capture Director and Project Manager into two members of Team Protect (Leidos and Leonardo) for the UK MOD’s force protection requirements. Crafted the commercial strategy and approach to partnering.

Deployed a Capture Director into Leidos who designed a commercial solution to engage SMEs and larger companies (some new to the defence environment) to bid (PQQ and ITT) for each of the six lots associated to DIPS, in total 30 plus companies. Later provided an additional Capture Director and post bid project manager.

Provided a Capture Director and commercial support into Leidos to create a commercial solution for the MOD/KSA project.

Provided 3 Capture Leads into Serco to conduct full analysis of the statement of requirements against 3 contracts and presented courses of actions that focussed on cost saving, operational efficiencies and other opportunities identified by Oasisairbridge.

Provided in-depth analysis of the current scheme along with a whole range of enhanced solutions to assist Serco in setting themselves above the competition in their bid response. This was enabled by Oasisairbridge's reach into serving members of the Armed Forces.

Provided a Capture Director for this classified opportunity, winning the bid through commercial innovation, ousting a respected incumbent.
