Capability Development

Working with our partners Global ATS and MicroNav, and with our teams of ATM experts, we will provide the formal ATC training courses and skills development that are essential foundations to success.

• Deliver training that is common to all CONOPs. e.g. language training.
• Carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in line with the CONOPs development to identify training requirements.
• Deliver ATCO training (via an existing approved college in the UK or Europe).
• Deliver subsequent skills training such as radar techniques, High Intensity Runway
• Operations (HIRO), safety culture training, ATC management and leadership training, coaching for performance or any other relevant training.
